Kaeli Mueller is a real estate transactional attorney who advises buyers and sellers in various aspects of their acquisition, development, and disposition of real estate projects, as well as other joint venture transactions.  She is adept at structuring, negotiating, and documenting acquisitions and dispositions, title and survey matters, and many other transactional issues likely to arise in complex real estate transactions.

In her representation of master developers, merchant builders, and developers of entitled and unentitled land, Kaeli has drafted and negotiated numerous real property transaction documents.  Additionally, Kaeli has participated in multiple several hundred-million-dollar joint ventures with multi-family developers on both the buy and sell-side, which participation included coordinating and conducting extensive diligence such as title and environmental review for several dozen properties.

Kaeli received her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in May 2017. During law school, Kaeli served as the Director and Vice President of Communications for the Real Estate Law Association, as the Staff Editor and Managing Editor of the Women’s Law Journal, and as the Vice President and Secretary of the Art Law Society. Kaeli received her B.A., magna cum laude, in International Studies and in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach in 2012. She also studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina at the Universidad de Belgrano during the 2011 Fall semester.
